The Clipper 2015-16 Round the World Yacht Race will start on Sunday 30 August, as the twelve ocean racing teams begin the 40,000 mile route. The route will take the amateur crews via Rio de Janeiro, Cape Town, Albany, Sydney, Qingdao in China, West Coast of North America, Panama, East Coast of America and Derry-Londonderry in Northern Ireland before returning to the UK.
